In 1998, rubber filament mat was approved as new product of state level, renewed tire, recycling rubber have passed the test by quality control center for renewed tire and recycling rubber of Chemical Ministry.

Shaoxing Jinlong Rubber-Plastic Group Co., Ltd. is a rubber manufacturing enterprise established in 1972. Thirty years of development and innovation matured the company. Now it occupies an area of 38mu, including site area of 14,000m2, having fixed assets of RMB48,000,000, manufacturing and testing facilities for yearly 180000m2 of rubber filament mat, 9000t of tire recycling rubber and 60000 renewed tires.The company is located in south of 104 state highway, Gaobu town, Zhejiang, where is 9km from the urban of Shaoxing, 70km from Hangzhou, 130km from Beilun port, 260km from Shanghai.
